Mrs. Annie Ruth Farris, age 97, of Kenton, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, September 7, 2025, at home with her family around her.
Mrs. Annie Ruth Farris was born June 24, 1928, in Obion County, Tennessee; to the late Verdie Lee and Mary Velma Jones Scott. Mrs. Annie was a retired machine operator with Vulcan Company and worked at the Kenton Flower Shop. Mrs. Farris was a member of Kenton First Baptist Church.
Mrs. Annie Ruth Farris is survived by her four daughters, Sandra Buchanan, Brenda Murdock, Linda Crouson, and Theresa Roberts; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and seven great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, George William Farris; and daughter, Camelia Cunningham.
Cremation services for Mrs. Annie Ruth Farris are under the care of Karnes and Son Funeral Home.
