Annie Marie Kepler, 95, of Copperas Cove, Texas, passed away peacefully at her home on October 14, 2025. She was born on September 8, 1930, in Port Lavaca, Texas, to John Frizzell and Helen Blyth Frizzell.
On May 17, 1950, Annie married the love of her life, Billy Joe Kepler, at Southside Baptist Church in Denison, Texas. In 1969, they moved to Lampasas, where Annie built a life centered around faith, family, and community.
Annie was an avid quilter who loved sewing and took great joy in caring for her family. Her gentle spirit, loving heart, and creative hands left lasting imprints on all who knew her.
She is survived by 7 Sons: Johnny Kepler and wife Kathleen of Kempner, Texas, Bill D. Kepler and wife Kathy of Kennard, Texas, Tom Kepler and wife Darlene of Lampasas, Texas, Jeff Kepler and wife Dianne of Lampasas, Texas, Rodney Kepler and wife Paula of Lampasas, Texas, Robert Kepler and wife Sandra of Temple, Texas, James Kepler of Stephenville, Texas, 3 Daughters: Sandra Walters of Edgewood, Texas, Kathy Miller of Copperas Cove, Texas, Debbie Greenburg and husband Lee of Lampasas, Texas, 1 Sister: Katheryn Morgan of Kerrville, Texas
She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren, and 24 great-great-grandchildren, each a treasured part of her legacy.
Annie was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband Billy Joe Kepler, one infant child, three sisters, two brothers, one great-grandson, and one great-granddaughter.
Visitation will be held Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Heritage Funeral Home of Lampasas.
Funeral Services will follow at 12:00 noon at Heritage Funeral Home chapel.
Annie's love, strength, and devotion to her family will live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
