Mrs. Annie Catherine Beamon Rouse was born August 14, 1944, in Kosciuso, Mississippi to the union of Joseph Henry Beamon and Thelma Thompson Beamon. Annie went from labor to rest to be with her heavenly Father on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at Tristar Summit Medical Center in Hermitage, Tennessee.
In 1966 Annie married the love of her life Wesley Rouse. This union was blessed with love and laughter for over 58 years.
Annie was employed by Milwaukee County Juvenile Corrections for several years and later with Head start.
Annie enjoyed gardening, traveling, books whether physical or audio, trading stocks, balancing her checkbook and spending time with her children and family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Thelma Beamon.
She leaves to cherish her memories her loving and devoted husband, Wesley Rouse, children, Miriam Exum (Demetrius), Karanja Rouse, Sardn Rouse, siblings, Callie Beamon, James Beamon (Joan), Stennis Beamon, (Stacy), James Rankin, Anthony Rankin, (Katrina Meredith), as well as a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, friends, church members and loved ones.
