Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 27, 2026, in the Wilson Mortuary Salem Chapel.
Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 27, 2026, in the Wilson Mortuary Salem Chapel. Arrangements are under the direction of Wilson Mortuary of Salem, Missouri.
Anthony is survived by his loving parents: Anthony "AJ" Bates and Casey Quinn; mimi and pop: Thresa and Edward Bates; aunts and uncles: Taylor and Shane Nunley, David Quinn, and Danielle Quinn; godfather: Ryan Thompson; as well as several great-aunts and uncles, cousins, other relatives, and family friends.
Preceding him in death were his grandparents: David Sr. and Susan Quinn; great-grandparents: Denver and Dorthy Patterson, Roy Quinn, and Pat and Randal Fisher; and uncles: Larry Patterson and Jay Dennison.
Memorial Contributions may be made in memory of Anthony Bates Jr. and left with Wilson Mortuary. Memorial Envelopes will be available.
