Anthony Alexander "Tony" Brown

Anthony Alexander "Tony" Brown, 57, of Lewisville, Texas, passed from this life early Monday morning, January 12, 2026.

Tony was born at home on December 20, 1968, in Dover Delaware to his parents, Charles Edward Brown and Sharon Jenice Stephenson. He grew up in Lewisville, Texas, a place he always considered home.

Tony had a deep love for the outdoors and found great joy in hunting and fishing. He was happiest working with his hands, taking on all types of projects with skill, determination, and pride. Highly independent, intelligent, and quick-witted, Tony had a sharp sense of humor and a strong work ethic that earned the respect of everyone who knew him.

Above all, Tony was loyal to his family and friends. He was the person you could always count on-the one you called when you needed help, advice, or simply someone dependable to be there. His helpful nature and steady presence made a lasting impact on those around him.

He is survived by his parents, Charles Edward Brown and Sharon Stephenson Brown of Lewisville, Texas; his brother, Matthew Benjamin Brown, and wife Amy of Prosper, Texas; his nephew, Matthew Brown; and his nieces, Matison Brown and Hannah Brown Wright, her husband Karson and their son Kaleb.

Tony was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Edward Brown Jr.

A private memorial service to celebrate Tony's life will be held at a later date. He will be remembered for his strength, kindness, humor, and the unwavering loyalty he showed to those he loved.
