" It was 1992 when I received a phone call asking if he could come over to talk about evangelization.
And thus began our friendship in the Lord Jesus which blossomed into a koinonia/fellowship of mutual edification. I shared with Tony the KERYGMA and Tony taught me by word and deed all that was especially CATHOLIC. I cannot count the many and various pictures and images with which he graced me. And, the books....so many beautiful books....Catholic to the core.
Tony Brunette knew the Saints and the Relics. His devotion to the Eucharist could be seen in his reverence for the Sacred Vessels, the Liturgy, and its holy environment. No body was more at home in the stillness of the Church than Tony....
He relished his friendships with the religious; trips to their convents and monasteries brought Tony great joy; great joy indeed.
All who know Tony know how special he made us to feel. I cherished our conversations. Tony became the older brother I never had. He always called me Caro Te which leads me to think he regarded me as the younger brother he never had.
Thank you, Tony, for sharing with me what delighted and inspired you. Thank you for sharing Saint Francis with me.

When I was a little girl, he always gave me a dollar to go around the corner from my dad's shop, to Henry's hamburgers. Tony was an amazing person and I feel so grateful that I got to see him again in the last year at Home Depot! The world has lost a great man. I'm so sorry fit l for your huge loss, Ang and girls.
