Mr. Anthony J. "Tony" Celli, 75, of Ellwood City passed away on Sunday, April 17th, 2022 at his residence.

Mr. Celli was born in Ellwood City on February 24th, 1947 to the late Anthony "Tony" and Helen A. (Dan) Celli. He had graduated from the Valley Forge Military Academy with the class of 1964 and from Youngstown State University in 1968 with a degree in Business and Marketing. Tony had worked at the Aetna Standard Engineering Co., Italimpianti as the Director of Procurement, and for the State of Pennsylvania as a School Auditor. A community oriented person, Tony was a member of the former Ellwood City Jay Cee's, and served on the Ellwood City Area School Board for 24 years. Tony is a member and past president of the Ellwood City Wolves Club and past president and secretary of the National Association of the Wolves and was presently serving as the Parliamentarian for the association. He also served on the Municipal Authority for Lawrence County, the Ellwood City Borough Civil Service Commission, and is a member of the Holy Redeemer Parish.

Tony is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Claire and Jonathan Fauzey of Ellwood City, his granddaughters, which where the light of his life, Maura and Ella Fauzey (being Pap was his favorite role in life), sister, Mary Ellen (George) Boy, brother, George Celli both of Ellwood City, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Mary Ann (Crowley) Celli, and his In-Laws, John and Dorothy Crowley.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home and Crematory Inc.. Members of the Ellwood City Wolves Club are asked to meet at the funeral home on Wednesday by 7:25 pm to conduct a service at 7:30 pm. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday at 10:00 am at the Holy Redeemer Church with Father Mark Thomas officiating. Interment will follow at the Holy Redeemer Cemetery.

Memorial contributions in Tony's name may be made to the Ellwood City Wolves Club Scholarship Fund.
