Anthony "Tony" Fabozzi, 73, of Bethlehem, passed away unexpectedly at home on March 8, 2026. Born on April 9, 1952, he was the son of the late Anthony and Enza (Ciaffardini) Fabozzi. Tony was known as a quiet and thoughtful man who valued his independence but formed meaningful friendships throughout his life.
He had a deep love of music and enjoyed attending live performances around Bethlehem, often spending time at SteelStacks, the Levitt Pavilion, ArtsQuest and Wind Creek, where he shared his passion for music with many friends. Tony attended Liberty High School and had a strong interest in history, particularly American history. He had an exceptional memory and took great pride in remembering and sharing stories about his family's history. Tony was employed by Bethlehem Steel Corp. for several years and later worked in the Pocono Mountains for the Pennsylvania State Park and Recreation Department, where he was able to spend time in the outdoors he loved so much. The Poconos held a special place in his heart. Tony enjoyed fishing and hunting. He also enjoyed helping others and volunteered for many years at the Trinity Episcopal Church Soup Kitchen and most recently at the Senior Center in Bethlehem.
He is survived by his sister, Elizabeth M. Fabozzi-Lewis; cousins, Dr. Robert Cirocco and Phil Cirocco; as well as additional cousins, extended family, and friends.
A visitation will be held on Monday, March 16, 2026, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Connell Funeral Home, 245 East Broad Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018, followed by words of remembrance in the funeral home. Burial will be private.
