Born in San Mateo, CA, he moved to Toms River at the age of four and was a life-long resident of the Ocean County area. He was a graduate of Toms River High School North class of 2010, a gifted Varsity Baseball Player, he was a dedicated pitcher, earning many scholarships to play for various colleges in New Jersey.
Rudy is reunited in Heaven with his brothers Andrew and Jesse Ferrentino, and his mother Carol (Fink).
He will be forever held in the hearts of his family, his father Salvatore Ferrentino, brother Gregory, sister Frances, and son Donovan.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, September 15, 2025, from 10am to 12pm at the Carmona Bolen Home for Funerals, 412 Main St., Toms River, NJ. A Funeral Service will be celebrated at the funeral home at 12pm. Interment will follow to St. Joseph Cemetery, 80 Cedar Grove Rd., Toms River, NJ. Condolences may be expressed to the family by visiting www.carmonabolenfh.com.
