Anthony John Guyker, age 44, passed away peacefully on May 21, 2025, in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. He was born on December 11, 1980, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, to Robert W. Guyker and Faith A. Peterson Guyker. A proud graduate of Maple Shade High School in Maple Shade, New Jersey, Anthony was part of the Class of 1999. He furthered his education at Centenary University in Hackettstown, New Jersey, and Northwood University in West Palm Beach, Florida.
On July 22, 2007, Anthony married Natalie Young Guyker, who he cherished deeply. Together they created a loving home filled with joy and laughter. Anthony made a significant impact as a soccer coach for over a decade, nurturing young athletes and sharing his passion for the sport. In addition to soccer, he found joy in comedy, the music of the Dave Matthews Band, and the art of cooking. Most importantly, he treasured the time spent with his children and family.
Anthony is survived by his beloved wife, Natalie Guyker; his children, Brooklyn, Savannah, and Ashton Guyker, all of Rio Rancho, NM; his mother, Faith Guyker, also of Rio Rancho, NM; his brother, Robert Guyker Jr., of Torrance, California; and his cherished pets, Snowball and Klopp.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert W. Guyker, whose memory will forever be cherished.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all who have offered their support during this challenging time; your kindness is truly appreciated.
A Memorial Service to honor Anthony's life will be held on Friday, July 18, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at Daniels Family Funeral Services – Sara Chapel, located at 4310 Sara Rd. SE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124.
