Anthony Hall Jr., age 83 transitioned from this earthly life to eternal life on Thursday, November 30, 2023.

He was born in Meridian, Mississippi. He attended public schools in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, graduating from L.J. Rowan High School. Anthony enrolled in Tennessee State University as a history major. He received his bachelor's degree in history and master's degree in psychology from the University. He did post-graduate studies above the master's degree.
Anthony was raised in a deeply religious environment and participated as a youth speaking at one of the Baptist Conventions. He continued his love for Christ as he grew into adulthood. He was a very dedicated Christian. As a member of Clark Memorial United Methodist Church, he sang with the Male Chorus and Sanctuary Choir. He also served in many other capacities in the church.

Anthony served in the United States Air Force and was honorably discharged. He also served as a member of an Aerospace Corporation where he learned the techniques needed to recruit students to engage in aerospace education.
He enjoyed fishing, bowling, writing poetry, and public speaking. He had a deep sense of humor and met no strangers. He was a member of the Cameron singers.
He joined his wife, who is an alum of Cameron High School, singing with the well-known Cameron singers, directed by Mr. Leonard Morton. Anthony had a bass voice to be remembered.
Anthony and Rebecca Lytle were joined in holy matrimony August 2, 1969. They spent 54 wonderful years together. They traveled extensively to various places inside and outside of the United States.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Anthony Hall, Sr. and Ruthie Hall Gray, and sister, Tillie Hatcher.
