LAKE ARTHUR
Funeral services will be held at 3:30 PM, Wednesday, October 16, 2024, in the Miguez Funeral Home Chapel for Anthony "Tony" Hebert, 71, of Lake Arthur. Tony passed away on October 12, 2024.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM with a Rosary being prayed at 3:00 PM.
Burial will follow in St. Anthony Cemetery in Lake Arthur, LA under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home.
Tony is survived by his mother, Geraldine Hebert of Lafayette; son, Brian (Tiffany Hebert of Gueydan; daughter, Brandi (Jason) Cart of Jennings; sister, Donna (Charles) Guidry of Thibodaux; brothers, David (Mary) Hebert of Arnaudville and Alvin Hebert of Houston and three grandchildren, Cassidy (Katherine) Hebert of Baton Rouge, Kaileigh Cart of Lafayette and Kyler Cart of Baton Rouge.
Tony was a free spirit who never met a stranger. If you knew him, you loved him. Everyone has a "Tony story" to tell.
Tony's favorite things were cooking outside and meeting up with friends. He could always be seen riding around town with his best friend, Max.
He was preceded in death by his wife Carol Ann Murray Hebert, and his father, Wilson Hebert.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Alvin Hebert, David Hebert, Brian Hebert, Dathan Guidry, Kyler Cart and Jason Cart. Honorary pallbearers are Ronnie Trahan, Charles Guidry and Jonathan "Choe" Gary.
