I am so sorry to hear of Tony's passing. I worked with him at D&B many years ago when he headed the Real Estate Department. Tony was a real gem: authentic, genuine and an incredible subject matter expert when it came to the RE market and environment. We talked about his days on the basketball court and why the Yankees lost the game the nigh before. I will miss him very much.

Tony (aka Hobo) and Crew...

I have fond memories of Tony (aka Hobo) as classmates at Mt. Saint Mary's College. Over the years we loss touch with one another, but we had a common bond as brothers of the Mount. We'd see one another at class reunions, reminisce our college years and just catch up on years past. He always had the biggest smile and open arms when we'd see one another at reunions. My deepest condolences to his family. We mourn your loss. Please know that his Mount brothers mourn his loss as well, but will always cherish our fond memories of Hobo. He truly was a happy soul. Attached is a photo taken our 50th of Tony and Colleen Banaz chatting it up at the Awards Dinner. RIP my brother... Bill Torelli

So very sorry for your loss. I had attended Mt St Mary´s college with Tony and was privileged to say I was his friend. Over the years as he travelled for business and was near my hometown in Michigan he would call and we would get together for dinner and reminisce about the Mount days. I have always been impressed with his upbeat attitude and infectious smile. He had such a positive attitude. I am a very lucky person to call him a friend and am grateful to have him in my life.
When we had our 50th reunion at the Mount he was so happy and proud to share with us his stories of his his family
Praying for you all
