Leetonia - Anthony "Tony" J. McIlduff, age 74, of Leetonia, died on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at UPMC Presbyterian, Pittsburgh, after a short illness.

He was born on March 18, 1951, in Salem, son of the late Daniel and Sally Muraco McIlduff.

Anthony owned and operated Mind's Eye Construction for over 40 years. Tony held multiple degrees but his intelligence far exceeded his education. His work could be found in countless family, friends, his childhood church and throughout various communities. Anthony was always there to help, he was at the top of everyone's list to call when they needed a helping hand. When he wasn't working you could always find him on various golf courses regardless of the weather!

Anthony is survived by his wife, Rona Falk McIlduff, whom he spent 31 wonderful years with. He is survived by five siblings, Luanne Lunger of Leetonia, Teresa Furniss of Leetonia, Daniel McIlduff of Tomball, TX and John (Pam) McIlduff of Leetonia; Suzanne McIlduff of Charleston, SC, two step sons, Joshua Keagy of Leetonia; Nathan (Kalie) Keagy of Cape Coral, FL and J three grandchildren, Natalie Ava, Madelyn Aubrey, and Amaya Grace; a sister-in-law, Lana Weingart of Salem; two brothers-in-law, Dale (Elaine) Falk of Salem and Alan (Karen) Falk of Salem and numerous, nieces, nephews and countless other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Kathy Caldwell; a brother, James McIlduff, and brothers-in-law, Aaron Falk and Rick Weingart.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 26, 2025, from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at the Woods-Rettig Funeral Home, Leetonia.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at 11:00 am at the Woods-Rettig Funeral Home, Leetonia, with Pastor Kari Lankford officiating.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Epilepsy Foundation or a charity of the donor's choice.
