Anthony Cannon Rini was born on July 23, 1977, and unexpectedly passed away on February 19, 2026. Though his time with us was far too brief, the love Anthony shared and the faith he lived by have left an enduring mark on all who knew him.
Anthony never met a stranger. He was an approachable person, and within moments of speaking with him, people felt welcomed and at ease. Anthony was so patient with all he came into contact with. He had a natural ability to make others feel valued and important. Whether lending a hand, offering encouragement, or simply being present when it mattered most, Anthony demonstrated how deeply he cared. He left a lasting impression on everyone he met.
Anthony loved his family deeply. He was a devoted husband to Misty and dearly loved spending time with her. The life they built together, the trips they shared, and the simple everyday moments side by side meant everything to him. Anthony was also a proud father to Riley and found great joy in the things that made her happy — especially her love of horses. Time spent with his family was always treasured.
Anthony and his family shared a love for camping, especially trips to Florida where they enjoyed time at the beach. Anthony appreciated the simple pleasures of life — fresh air, laughing with friends, and unhurried time together.
Anthony enjoyed working hard outdoors and took pride in what he built with his hands. He had a special appreciation for Volkswagen vehicles and still owned his very first one from his teenage years — a reflection of his loyalty and sentimental heart. In recent years, Anthony also enjoyed offshore fishing trips with friends, valuing both the adventure and the fellowship those trips brought.
Above all, Anthony loved his God, Jehovah. On October 24, 1998, he and his beloved wife, Misty, were baptized together, dedicating their lives to Jehovah on the very same day. That shared decision strengthened their marriage and anchored their life together in faith. Anthony treasured every opportunity to speak with others about the wonderful promises found in the Bible. His faith was not something he merely spoke about — it guided the way he lived. He found comfort in Jehovah’s assurances and looked forward with confidence to the fulfillment of those promises.
Anthony was preceded in death by his father, Victor Anthony Rini, and his sister, Elisa Ricca Draper.
Anthony will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Misty and his daughter Riley, with whom he cherished the life they built together. Anthony will also be lovingly remembered by his mother, Jean Rini; his twin brother, Victor Rini; his brother, Zachary Rini; his sisters, Elizabeth Huete and Nancy Ricca; along with many nieces and nephews, extended family, and dear friends who will deeply miss him.
We look forward to the day when Anthony’s Bible-based hope becomes a reality, when he wakes up in perfect health and strength, ready to enjoy his “welcome back” party in Paradise. We can only imagine how excited Anthony will be to see us there. We are comforted knowing that Anthony is not only alive in our memories, but safe in the memory of his loving God, Jehovah. As Job 14:14–15 assures us, Jehovah longs for the day when He will call, and Anthony will answer.
Memorial services will be conducted on Friday, February 27, 2026, at 3 P.M. (EST) at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Villa Rica. The doors of the Kingdom Hall will be open at 2:00 pm EST. The service will begin promptly at 3:00 pm EST.
