RUSSO, Anthony Guy "Tony" - Age 72, of Fenton, passed away Saturday, September 6, 2025. Cremation has taken place and no services will be held. Those desiring may make contribution to the Dystonia Medical Research Foundation.
Born on February 17, 1953, in Flint, Michigan, Tony was the beloved son of the late Mary (Robert) Wilson and Spencer "Spike" Russo. He was a 1972 graduate of Lake Fenton High School. He grew up on Lake Fenton, boating, water skiing and for many years designed and built countless houses, decks and pole barns on the lake as well as Fenton and the surrounding area. He loved music and later started DJing and often could be heard singing a little karaoke. Tony was a long-time member of the Fenton Eagles.
Tony is survived by his two daughters, Cary (Chuck) Ebel and Nicole (Chris) Morodan, grandchildren, Randie Lynn (Nic) Bowler, Andrea Tinsman, Seth Cohorst, Arieall (Dustin) Thomas, and Shawntell (Corey) Moffitt; great grandchildren, Lyric Bowler, Luca Bowler, Jovi Cathcart, Lucy Thomas, Issabell Moffitt. He is also survived by his sister, Rae Chittick; nephew, Brett Chittick; and niece, Rachel Reznick.
Tony had many good friends in the community, could make you laugh and had a very creative mind designing and building beautiful structures for businesses and residents. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
