Anthony Joseph Wetzel (Tony), age 46, passed away unexpectedly on February 24th, 2025 in Jeffersontown, KY.
Born in New Albany, IN, Tony is survived by his wife Jessica Lyn Wetzel (Wiley), mother Vickie Elaine Tincher, grandmother Doris Tincher, sister Shannon Kelly, and brother Roger Dean Campbell. He is preceded in death by his father Roger Lee Wetzel, and his brother Peter Arthur Lee Wetzel.
Tony was the husband and best friend to his wife Jessica Wetzel; they happily shared 14 years together. He was a supportive father to 3 children, Kelsey Johnson (20), Caden Foree (18), and Kara Foree (14). They could always count on him to be there for his family with unwavering love.
Tony enjoyed making his children happy. He was a family man. If he wasn't making memories with them he would be playing pool, hiking, collecting Broncos, spending time with his brothers-in-law, and hunting with his long-time friend, Rusty.
Tony will be remembered for being selfless, by the way he always helped others in need.
