Anthony "David" White, 41, of Belmont passed away March 11, 2022 at Caromont Regional Medical Center. He was born on July 9, 1980 to Frances Ann White and Ronald David Driggers. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Lois V. Evans White. David attended Cornerstone Family Worship Church in Mt. Holly. He was a 1999 graduate of West Mecklenburg High School where he played football. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. David was a jokester who loved to laugh and make others laugh. He was a very humble man with a huge heart who loved to help others. David was an organ donor and was able to give life to others through his donation. His life will live on through them.
Left to cherish David's memory are his mother, Frances "Ann" White; father, Ronald David Driggers and wife Joy; brother, Ronald Driggers and wife Courtney of Laurinburg, NC; uncle, Ricky White and wife Tracey; uncle, Robert White and wife Barbara; aunt, Robin Hunter and husband Michael; and numerous cousins.
Funeral services to celebrate the life of David will be held on Thursday, March 17, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Cornerstone Family Worship, 709 Rankin Ave., Mt. Holly, NC 28120 with Pastor Kevin McClure officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Burial will immediately follow the service at Forest Lawn West Cemetery, Charlotte.
