Haisley Funeral and Cremation Service Tribute Center - Port Saint LucieAntoinette Corrado, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on March 28, 2026, at the age of 85.
Born on March 7, 1941, in Brooklyn, New York, Antoinette was the cherished daughter of Vincent Polizzi and Mary Aquista. She spent her early years in Brooklyn before relocating to Florida in 1979, where she built a life centered on family, community, and service.
Antoinette was the devoted wife of Edward Corrado, with whom she shared 64 loving years of marriage. Together they created a strong and enduring family foundation filled with love, laughter, and tradition.
She is survived by her husband Edward of Port St. Lucie, Florida; her sons Edward Corrado, Jr. (Melissa) of Oviedo, Florida, and Joseph Corrado (Caroline) of St. Mary’s, Georgia; and her cherished grandsons, Andrew and Brandon Corrado. She took immense pride in her family and found her greatest joy in their accomplishments and time spent together.
She was predeceased by her parents, Vincent Polizzi and Mary Aquista, and her sisters, Connie Bianco and Maryanne Eprifania.
Antoinette dedicated 23 years of service as a clerk with the St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office, where she was known for her diligence, kindness, and warm spirit. She was also a proud member of Beta Sigma Phi, forming lifelong friendships and contributing meaningfully to her community.
A woman of many passions, Antoinette had a deep love for cooking and was known for her exceptional talent in the kitchen, bringing family and friends together over delicious meals. She enjoyed traveling and embraced every opportunity to explore new places. Above all, she treasured family gatherings, where her warmth and joy were the heart of every occasion. She also had a special fondness for butterflies, which reflected her gentle and vibrant spirit.
Antoinette will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family, her generosity, and the joy she brought to all who knew her. Her legacy lives on in the lives she touched and the memories she created.
Visitation will be at The Haisley Tribute Center, 2041 Southwest Bayshore Blvd., Port St. Lucie, Florida 34984 on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, from 5:00 – 7:00 pm with a Wake Service at 6:00 pm. A Service will be held at St. Bernadette Catholic Church 350 Northwest California Blvd., Port St. Lucie, Florida 34986 on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at 10:00 am.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in her memory to Parkinson’s Foundation 5757 Waterford District Drive, Ste. 310, Miami, Florida 33126.
She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
