Antonio Cardoso, born on June 16, 1969, in Fogo, Cape Verde, passed away on February 19, 2024, at the age of 54, surrounded by his loved ones in Brockton, Massachusetts. He was the cherished son of Amaro and Margarida Cardoso.
In 1976, Tony, as he was affectionately known, and his family immigrated to the United States, where they established their home in Brockton, Massachusetts. He attended Brockton High School and graduated with the Class of 1988, where he formed lifelong friendships.
Tony was a devoted father to his three children, Jasmine, Jada, and Jaylen Cardoso, who meant the world to him. In addition to his children, he is survived by his loving sister, Gizela Cardoso, and a multitude of beloved relatives and friends.
In addition to his dedication to his family, Tony was a soul captivated by the arts. He found solace and creativity in drawing and found peace strumming melodies on his guitar. His artistic spirit touched the lives of those fortunate enough to witness his talents, leaving an indelible mark.
Tony's warm smile, friendly demeanor, and generous spirit will be dearly missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. He was everybody's Buddy. Though his physical presence may be gone, his memory will forever live in the hearts of those he touched. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
