April is survived by her husband of 18 years, Travis Leach; her children, Mark Lash, John Lash, Liam (Brittany) Lash, Jamin (Haley) Lash, Dakota Lash; 8 grandchildren. April is preceded in death by her father William "Bill" Worthing; mother, Arlene Worthing; uncle, Arnold C. Worthing; aunt, Wilma Dochstader.
Private Celebration of Life Services will be held at a later date. Friends may send a condolence or share a memory with the Leach family online at www.crandellfh.com.
