Mom wasn't much into putting on airs and pretense. She wasn't too concerned about clothes, or cars, or make up. She rarely followed a recipe, and if she did, she always had her own variation based on what was in the pantry or in her food storage. She once made "brownies" out of black beans, and tried to pass them off as desert (which no one bought). After her nearly 100 years on this planet, she didn't end up with a lot of worldly possessions, or a fat bank account, but she was rich in all the ways that she considered important. She saw much of the world, and served many of God's children. Her children were taught the gospel. She educated them, and gave them a chance to move off the farm. She made the world a better place. We love you mom. Thanks.

McClellan (Jeannie) of Cedar Hills, Utah; Valarie Dinkel (Brad) of Morgan, Utah; Brad D McClellan (Carol) of Vernal, Utah; Gary L. McClellan (Linda) of Vernal, Utah; Jeffery S. McClellan (Kristin) of Lindon, Utah; Clark A. McClellan (Robin) of Vernal, Utah; her step children Lana Abegglen Arnold (Larry) of Clearlake, Washington; Jill Abegglen of Vernal, Utah; Beverly Atwood Jolley (Ron) of Arimo, Idaho; Curtis Atwood (Marlene) of Vernal, Utah; Shirlee Atwood Gibbons (Dean) of Caldwell, Idaho; Mary Atwood Deeb (George) of Pocatello, Idaho; Barbara Atwood Clezie (Lane) of Pocatello, Idaho and Dee Atwood Nielson (David) of Salt Lake City, Utah. She is preceded in death by her beloved parents Alfred and Minnie Myler Morrill; her husband's Val J McClellan; Lawrence U. Abegglen; and Garth J. Atwood; her siblings Erma Morrill Stewart (Percy); Max D Morrill (Hope); Lyn A. Morrill (Tamara); Reed H. McClellan (Dorothy); LaNora Jean McClellan Simmons (Jim); and her step children Ronnie Abegglen; Jimmy Abegglen (Jill) and Ricky Abegglen.
Funeral services will be held on June 29, 2022 at the Maeser Stake Center of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located at 2745 W. 1000 N., Vernal, Utah at 11:00 a.m. There will be a viewing before the services beginning at 9:30 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. at the Stake Center. Burial will be in the Roosevelt City Cemetery at 2:30 p.m. on June 29, 2022 under the direction of Blackburn Vernal Mortuary.
