In Loving Memory of Ariana McCaffrey Ariana McCaffrey was born in Brooklyn, NY, on March 8, 1991, to Kevin and Linda McCaffrey. She passed unexpectedly on August 16, 2025.
Ariana's time on earth came with beautiful blessings, but it was not without tremendous loss and multiple health conditions. Through it all, she was always a fighter.
At the age of 2, Ariana moved to Tampa, FL, with her parents, where she stole the hearts of family, friends, and neighbors. Standing all of maybe 18 inches tall, she was speaking in full sentences before she even grew a full head of hair. Smart, witty, and always unapologetically herself, Ariana lit up every room she entered.
She loved life's simple joys-thrifting for her next favorite leopard print, finding treasures at the dollar store, and tending to her garden. Ariana always looked forward to laughs with family while watching and recapping the latest reality TV drama (especially 90 Day Fiancé). She never met an animal she didn't love-or want to bring home. Her fur-babies, Jackson, Enzo, Ginsburg, and Nero, were her pride and joy.
Ariana adored the holidays. She loved decorating, shopping, and always finding the most thoughtful gifts for her family. Her heart was golden-she could always be counted on to remember the little things that meant so much, like a favorite candy, color, perfume, or flower.
A proud graduate with an Associate's Degree in Media Production, Ariana will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved her. She will be remembered for her humor, her heart, and her fierce loyalty.
Ariana is survived by her mother, Linda McCaffrey; her brother, Collin McCaffrey; and her grandparents, Maria and Anthony Barilla, along with her grandfather, James McCaffrey. She is preceded in death by her father, Kevin McCaffrey; her fiancé, Timothy LoveJoy; and her grandmother, Maureen McCaffrey. She will also be dearly missed by her loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends.
You are free from pain now, our sweet girl. Our love for you is eternal.
"Perhaps they are not stars in the sky, but rather openings where our loved ones shine down to let us know they are happy."
