Arius Raymond Thompson, age 4
Of Waverly, TN passed away Friday, January 2, 2026, at his home. He was born on February 27, 2021, in Muskegon, MI to Jeremiah and Heather Thompson.
Arius was a joyful child who found delight in the simple pleasures of life. His laughter was infectious, and his spirit unyielding. He enjoyed engaging with the vibrant world around him, with a particular fondness for playing Roblox, which sparked his imagination and creativity. Riding his tricycle was another cherished pastime, symbolizing the carefree joy of childhood. Arius loved exploring nature, visiting the creek and waterparks, where he would embrace the thrill of splashing water. Whether enjoying a snack of his favorite junk food or playing with his cat, Pumpkin, Arius approached each day with enthusiasm.
Arius will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who had the honor of sharing moments with him. His essence remains in the hearts of those who cherished him.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 – 8:00pm Tuesday, January 6th at Humphreys County Funeral Home.
Funeral Services and Burial will be held in Shiprock, New Mexico at a later date.
