Arleen Jeanette (nee Jasek) Dench, age 65, of Fultonville, NY, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on December 28th, 2025 after her four-year battle with colon cancer.

Arleen was born to George and Beverly Jasek on November 23, 1960. She attended Ho-Ho-Kus Public School then Midland Park High School before graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Education from Rowen University. After graduation, she became an elementary school teacher before becoming Director of Childcare at American Women Fitness Center in Westwood, NJ for 20 years.

In 1984, she married her beloved husband, Richard Dench. Together, they built a life rooted in love and partnership, raising their family in Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ before later moving to Fultonville to be closer to their cherished grandchildren. Arleen and Richard shared 41 years of marriage.

Beyond her professional life, Arleen was a dedicated mother who lived for her family. She will always be remembered for her giving nature and sense of humor. Whether she was driving to endless practices or cheering from the sidelines of her daughters' extracurriculars, she was their biggest supporter and never missed a moment of their lives.

Arleen is survived by her husband, Richard Dench; her daughters, Dana Dench (Hannah Case) and Allison (David) Pabis; her beloved grandchildren, Colton and Ryann Pabis; and her brother, George (Janice) Jasek and nephew, John.
