Arleen L. Zaft

Arleen L. (Elias) Zaft, 79, of Andover, formerly of Haverhill, died unexpectedly Thursday evening January 13, 2022.
Arleen was born in Lawrence, the daughter of the late Emma & Harry Elias. She was the devoted wife of the late Edward Melvin "Mel" Zaft; beloved mother of Jonathan Weiner and stepmother of Judy and her husband Larry Matulsky and Steven and Robyn Zaft; the loving sister of Beverly Elias-Stearns and Marshall Elias; the cherished grandmother of Eric, Joshua, Max, Jessica and Jamie; and the adored aunt of Harrison Stearns.
Services at Temple Emanuel 7 Haggetts Pond Road (off Route 133), Andover on Sunday, January 16 at 10:00 AM. Interment in Children of Abraham Cemetery, Lawrence. Memorial week will be private. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Social Action Fund at Temple Emanuel 7 Haggetts Pond Road, Andover, MA 01810.
