Arline T Forte

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Arline Forte (nee Todero ).

She passed away at her home, in Boonton Township, on Monday, June 23, 2025, at

the age of 89. Arline was born in Jersey City and grew up in Union City before

relocating to Parsippany in 1951. She is the daughter of the late James and Irene

Todero.

Arline graduated from Boonton High School in 1953. Upon graduation, she worked as a

secretary for Bell Telephone Laboratories in Whippany where she met Francis, her

husband to be, whom she married in 1963. She left Bell Laboratories to become a full-

time mother and raised four wonderful children. She eventually resumed her career and

worked at various law firms and at Allied Signal in Morristown.

She was an avid reader, enjoyed her plants, especially flowers, loved traveling, and was

a long-time member of St. Catherine of Siena Church. Family vacations were special,

the highlight being an 8-week cross-country road trip visiting friends, family and many of

our nation's national parks during the summer of 1977. Excluding Africa, Arline and

Francis visited several countries within every continent, including Antarctica.

Arline was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother and will be

dearly missed. Arline is survived by her husband Francis, their son & daughter-in-law,

Steven & Eleonor, their daughter & son-in-law, Andrea & David Rickard, and their son &

daughter-in-law, Christopher & Kimberly, and her eleven cherished grandchildren.

She is predeceased by her brother Richard, her daughter Karen, and her great

grandson Emerson.

Relatives & Friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass at 10:00 am, on Saturday,

June 28, 2025, at St. Catherine's of Siena Church, 10 North Pocono Road, Mountain

Lakes, NJ. Interment will follow at Rockaway Valley Cemetery in Boonton Township.

Visitation will be Friday, June 27, 2025, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm and briefly on Saturday

from 8:30 am to 9:30 am, at Par-Troy Funeral Home, located at 95 Parsippany Road,

Parsippany, NJ. (973) 887-3235.
