FISHERS, Ind. - Arlo William Lydick, of Fishers, Indiana, was taken to Heaven at his birth on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at Community North Hospital, Indianapolis, Indiana. Arlo was so loved by his parents, Andrew J. Lydick and BreAnna U. Jarrett. His name was chosen by his mother. His parents would joke after looking up the definition that it meant "fortified hill". He was going to be their "fortified hill". The second definition is "strong and manly". Arlos dad is certain he wouldve grown to be the definition of a good man. The third definition when you look it up is "endless energy". The love shared and received from Arlo in his short nine months will live on in his familys hearts forever. The true meaning of what having baby Arlo meant to his mom and dad cannot be expressed in words. He made them a family and made their house a home as they prepared for him to come home. Arlo received his middle name after his great-grandpa, Ernie William Mills. Survivors include his parents, Andrew J. Lydick and BreAnna U. Jarrett; grandparents, Camalla Kennedy and David and Beth Lydick; great-grandfather, Terrence Jefferson; uncles, Michael Lydick, TyRelle Gray, and Tyshae Jarrett; and aunts, Raven Baker and Tyeisha Jarrett. He was preceded in death by his uncle, Tyrone Travis Jarrett Jr. and great-grandparents, Ernie and Betty Mills, Herb and Gail Lydick, and Debra Jarrett.A private burial will be at the convenience of the family at Earlham Cemetery in Richmond, Indiana. However short the time, Arlo will always be viewed as a blessing to his parents and family.Condolences may be sent to the family via the guest book at www.doanmillsfuneralhome.com.
