Arlo Eugene Sweetman Jr., 63, of Calhoun, Georgia, passed away on Friday, September 12, 2025. He was born on December 25, 1961, to Patricia Sweetman and the late Arlo E. Sweetman. He was preceded in death by his son, Daniel W. Jones Jr., and his brothers, Paul Sweetman and Matt Sweetman.

In addition to his mother, Arlo is survived by his wife, Twilla E. Sweetman; sons, A.J. (Courtney) Sweetman, Thomas (Paige) Sweetman; daughter, Patricia (Andrew) Patterson; brothers, Mark Sweetman, Luke Pence; sisters, Melissa (Glenn) Lewis, Penny Calhoun; sister-in-law, Annette Sweetman; brother-in-law, Will Sexton; grandchildren, Drew Patterson, Michael Patterson, Tyler Patterson, Twyla Patterson, Ellie Sweetman, Maddie Sweetman, Allie Sweetman, Ollie Sweetman, Brailey Kisselburg, Bryer Kisselburg, Evelyn Patterson; many nieces and nephews, their church family of House of Deliverance; Pastor Donnie and Sharon Patterson; Pastor and friend, Frank and Charlsie Bramlett.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at House of Deliverance.

The funeral service will follow on Tuesday at 2:00 PM at House of Deliverance. Burial will be held in the church cemetery.

The Brannon family and staff are honored to serve the family of Arlo Eugene Sweetman Jr.
