Arthur was born in Fulton, New York to the late Arthur James Abrams, Sr. and Lillian Charlene Marr Abrams. He proudly and with honor served his country in the United States Army. He worked in production.
Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Jeremy Abrams and Jason Abrams; his brothers and sister, Kelly Abrams, Beech Island, SC, Nate Abrams, Beech Island, SC, and Brenda Hayes, Pulaski, New York; and two grandchildren.
