Mr. Arthur E. Jones

Arthur "Art" Jones, 86 of Falmouth, formerly of Randolph, passed away on December 2, 2025.

He was the loving husband of Judith "Judy" Jones for 56 years before she passed in 2020.

Art was raised in Randolph, MA along with his two brothers and sister by parents Katherine and Leo Jones. This is where he met Judy and the adventure of raising their family began. He became extremely close with Judy's family and later in his life joined their church, Trinity Episcopal in Randolph center where they had been married. He became an avid member of the vestry and loved his time at church. Art worked his entire career as a draftsman with various companies finally retiring from Entergy working at the Nuclear Power Plant in Plymouth, MA. He was an avid reader and was learned in many subjects without any formal education. Art loved history, photography and art and could be seen with a camera in his hand at various events or sitting with a sketch pad or watching T.V. with a Cown Royal on the rocks next to him. He loved his family and extended family and wouldn't hesitate to help any of them when called on. His true love was Judy, then his two children and eventually his five grandkids who he adored. You could probably walk into any rink in the winter or any ballfield in the summer and find Art there, with a smile on his face.

Art is survived by his daughter Sandie Good and her husband Steve of Falmouth, his son Mark Jones and wife Sharon of Falmouth, his grandchildren Alex Good and her fiancé James Norman, Jake Good, Cooper Jones, Will Good and Zack Jones, along with a large extended family.

There will be a Celebration of Life at St. Barnabas Episcopal Church, 91 Main Street, Falmouth at 11:00 am on January 5th, 2026.
