Arthur Keiss Obituary
Publish in a newspaper
Arthur is survived by his devoted wife of 60 years, Diana Keiss; his loving daughter, Susan (Don) Mackowiak; his sisters, Margaret (Butch) Beitler and Joan (Don) Gerwig, and brothers, John Keiss and William (Christine) Keiss; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Christy (Justin) Keiss Rychlik; his parents, Arthur and Margaret Keiss; his sister, Maryann Todner
Arthur was a loving husband and father whose family meant everything to him. He worked hard all his life and took pride in providing the best he could for those he loved. When he wasn't working, he could often be found by the water with a fishing pole in hand or enjoying an old Western on TV. Arthur was also a die-hard Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears fan.
For those who would like to leave a lasting tribute to Arthur's life, memorial donations may be directed to Lightways Hospice, 250 Water Stone Circle, Joliet, IL 60431.
A memorial visitation will be Wednesday, October 29, 5:00-8:00 PM at the Overman-Jones Funeral Home & Cremation Services, corner of Routes 30 & 59, Plainfield.
