Ashley N. Henry, age 31, a beacon of light and joy, whose laughter was as infectious as her spirit was indomitable, left this world on March 8, 2024, following an illness. Born on June 3, 1992, in the heart of Worcester, MA, Ashley's journey was one of love, laughter, and the unyielding strength of family bonds.
Her parents, Paul B. Henry and his wife Amanda of Uxbridge, Massachusetts alongside Christine Westbrook and her husband Mark of Bastrop, Texas, imbued in her a sense of resilience and the importance of family. The rich tapestry of her life was woven with the love of her beloved daughter, Hayden N. Neal, and her partner in parenting, Justin Neal of Texas, who together formed the core of her universe.
Ashley's grandparents, Alphonse and Helen LeBlanc of Texas, watched with pride as she blossomed into a woman of formidable character and charm. Her siblings, Danielle Henry, Jacob Anderson, and Hannah, Ainsley and Aiden Ayers who all matched her in wit and shared in her countless adventures, creating memories that would become their treasures. A cherished niece, Roxanna Kroto, her father Scott along with a host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, including Ronald and MaryBeth Henry of Milford, Steven and Kerry Henry of Auburn, and Deborah and Joseph Coggans of Dudley, completed the circle that surrounded Ashley with unwavering support and affection.
Ashley is predeceased by her paternal grandparents Ronald E. Henry and Patricia A. Quill and her maternal great grandparents Leo and Lucille Sene and Alphonse and Constance LeBlanc.
A graduate of Framingham High School, Ashley's educational journey set the stage for a life of relentless optimism and the pursuit of happiness in its purest form. Her career path led her to the bustling world of hospitality, where she served as a waitress in various restaurants. It was here, among the clatter of dishes and the hum of conversation, that Ashley's gift for connecting with others shone brightest. Her innate ability to make friends with everyone she met was not just a trait but a testament to her belief in the goodness of people.
Ashley's passions painted a picture of a woman who embraced life with both hands. Her love for animals (Fladucks) and country music was as deep as her love for the ocean, with artists like Zach Bryan, Jelly Roll and Morgan Wallen providing the soundtrack to her life's most cherished moments. The cult classic "Napoleon Dynamite" and Grey's Anatomy were among her favorites, like Ashley, celebrated the unique and the unconventional.
The beauty of sunflowers and the beach, which was a sanctuary for Ashley; a place where the sand and surf echoed her own ebb and flow of vitality and peace. Her great sense of humor and her extremely outgoing nature made her a magnet for joy, drawing in those around her and creating an atmosphere of unadulterated happiness.
Ashley's legacy is not one marked by the sorrow of her absence but defined by the myriad moments of delight she brought into the lives of those she touched. Her story is a reminder to us all that the essence of life lies in the connections we forge, the laughter we share, and the unconditional love we give freely and without reservation.
As we bid farewell to Ashley N. Henry, let us not dwell on the void left behind but rather celebrate the incredible journey she embarked upon. Let us honor her memory by living as she did: with hearts wide open, with courage in the face of adversity, and with an unwavering commitment to making every day count. Ashley's spirit, as bright and enduring as the stars above her beloved Massachusetts, will forever inspire us to reach for joy in every corner of our lives.

There isn’t a moment in any day that I am not seeing your sweet smile, hearing your laugh or carrying you in my heart and soul. You are my first born beautiful girl, my best friend, my sunlight and my air. You were taken far too soon. I will forever live as you would have wanted me to, continuing to spread the joy, laughter, & love that you so selflessly & fearlessly gave every person you encountered and be sure your daughter knows the beautiful soul her mother was and all you wanted for her. Never goodbye my sweet angel..I will talk to you later ❤
