Audrey "Aline" Anglin, age 80, of Niles, Michigan passed away on Saturday, February 14, 2026 at the Ernestine M. Racline House in Mishawaka. She was born on July 27, 1945 in Niles, Michigan, the daughter of Odra and Dorothy (Wolford) Carter. On September 7, 1963, she married Frank D. Anglin; he preceded her in death on August 29, 1989. On December 4, 1992, she married, Glenden Ray “Rusty” Roberts.
She is survived by three children, Dale (Margie) Anglin of Roseland, Indiana, Charles (Denee) Anglin of Niles, Michigan, and Kim Black of South Bend, Indiana; 9 grandchildren, Kayla Lambrecht, Kim Black, Ty (Lacey) Black Jr, Philip Erwin, William Erwin, David (Amanda) Anglin, Deonna Anglin, Christina Summers, and Ashley Sprague; 6 great-grandchildren; siblings, Delores (Keith) Hochstetler of South Bend, Howard (Janice) Carter of Niles, Dennis (Linda) Carter of Niles, Michigan, Diane (Bob) Spansil of Decatur, Michigan, Pat (Mary) Carter of Kalamazoo, and Bernice Haroldson of Cassopolis, Michgan.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank D. Anglin; a daughter, Nancy Anglin; a grandson, Darold Anglin; and siblings, Dale Carter, Walter Carter, and Brenda Lewis, and Calvin Carter.
Aline graduated from Niles High School and worked for Plastomatic in South Bend and Hardees in Granger. For many years she made specialty cakes for special occasions. Aline was a faithful member of Bethel Tabernacle in Niles since she 14 years old where she was baptized in Jesus name and filled with the Holy Ghost. She truly loved the Lord with her whole heart, and would want you to know that “Through it all, The Lord has been there.”
A funeral service will be held in Aline’s honor at 6pm on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at Bethel Tabernacle, 71378 Ironwood Drive, Niles, MI 49120. Pastor Matthew Bair will officiate.
Family and friends will be received prior to the service from 4-6 p.m. at the church. A graveside service will take place at Sumnerville Cemetery at 10 a.m. on Friday February 20, 2026.
Memorial contributions in memory of Aline may be given to Bethel Tabernacle.
