Mrs. Audrey A. Johnson, born March 12, 1939, went to be in the arms of Jesus on Thursday, March 6, 2025. She was a loving Grandmother who loved all of her Grandchildren very much. She adored her Children as well and loved them with all her heart. She loved the Lord and wanted to go home to Heaven. She was a wonderful seamstress, loved to cook for her family, enjoyed spending time with her family, and organizing family reunions and getting together. Preceded in death by Husbands, Carl Powers, Carson Monday, and H.B. Johnson, all of which she cared for until their meetings with Jesus, Parents, Chester and Edna Ross Hayes, and Brother, Chester Hayes, Jr.
Survivors: Daughters, Melissa Turner and Carla Powers; Grandchildren, Jodi Wilson (Jeffrey), Alaina McCarty, and Allen Turner (Kailey); Great-Grandchildren, Jaxon and Zoe; Great-Great-Grandchild, Riley; Brothers, Ron Hayes and Ray Hayes (Brenda), and all the family she loved, too many to name.
Celebration of Life Services Sunday, March 9, 2025, 3:00 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bill Braden officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday, March 9, 2025, from 1:00 – 3:00 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home Chapel before Celebration of Life Services. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to www.Shriners Hospital.org. or given to a local Shriner. Walters Funeral Home of LaFollette is honored to be serving the family of Mrs. Audrey A.
