August “Auggie” Leon Hayden, 24, of Logansport, passed away unexpectedly on April 12, 2025, at his residence.
Born on August 4, 2000, in Logansport, IN, to Ronald “Ronnie” Lee Hayden and Claudia Elaine (Lewis) Hayden. On February 4, 2023, in Las Vegas, NV Auggie married Cassidy Blake (Ward) Hayden.
Auggie was a 2019 graduate of Pioneer High School. After school, he went onto work as an Operator in the Operators Union and currently worked for Atlas. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and could always be found working on a project getting his hands dirty, but most of all, Auggie loved his family and friends.
Auggie is survived by his Wife, Cassidy; parents Ronnie Hayden, of Logansport; mother, Claudia (Mike Bennett) Hayden, of Logansport; brother, Travis Hayden, of Logansport; maternal grandmother, Jane Lewis and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends to mourn his passing.
Auggie is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Donald and Beverly Hayden; maternal grandfather, Clyde Lewis
Services will be held at 7:00 pm Friday, April 18, 2025, in the Gundrum Funeral Home.
A visitation will be held on Friday, April 18, 2025, at 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM, in the funeral home.
