Aurelia fue un ejemplo de madre para sus hijos, a quien le encantaba tejer y ayudar en la a crianza de sus nietos.

She was born in Upata, Venezuela, Aurelia was the beloved wife of the late Victor Meija, loving mother of Maria Fernandez, Jesus Fernandez, the late Zoraida Fernandez, Sol Fernandez, Avilio Fernandez, Ramon Fernandez, Berenice Fernandez and Damelis Fernandez; loving grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great grandmother,
Aurelia was an example of a mother to all her children, who loved to knit and help raise her grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Norris-Segert Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 132 Fremont Street (One block north of Washington St. & Main St.) West Chicago. Interment Private.
