LINCOLN
Austin Cearyn Jablonski, age 17, of
Lincoln, Kansas, passed away tragically in a car accident on Thursday, September 25, 2025, in Mitchell County.
Born November 26, 2007, in Bowling Green, Kentucky, Austin lived a life that, while far too short, was overflowing with determination, love, and purpose. Known for his crystal blue eyes, bright smile, and unstoppable drive, Austin accomplished more in 17 years than many do in a lifetime.
A 2025 graduate of Lincoln High School, Austin proudly graduated early so he could begin his adult life. With a caring heart and a strong work ethic, he became a Certified Nursing Assistant and worked at Lincoln Park Manor, where he was loved by both patients and staff. Alongside this, Austin thrived on his entrepreneurial spirit, trading, fixing, and selling anything he could get his hands on. He was a natural problem solver, always dreaming up ways to build a better life.
This past May, Austin achieved one of his greatest milestones: purchasing a home with his longtime girlfriend, Jasmin. Together, they built a life rooted in deep love, partnership, and big dreams for the future. They planned to marry, start a family, and spend their lives side by side. Austin was endlessly devoted to Jasmin, and their love was the center of his world.
Austin also worked as a farmhand, never afraid of long days or hard work. He carried himself with a rare drive and work ethic, showing those around him what it meant to live boldly, love fiercely, and chase dreams fearlessly. He leaves behind a legacy of happiness, endless ambition, and love that will never be forgotten.
Austin is survived by the love of his life Jasmin Hoffman of Lincoln; his parents, Tasha and Joaquin Gonzalez of Nashville, TN; siblings, Cameron Jablonski of Franklin, KY and Adalyn Thompson of Nashville; father-figure Tyler Gilmer of Franklin, KY; grandmother Tammy Elliott of Lynchburg, VA; grandmother Teresa "TT" Ewing of Franklin, KY; great grandparents, Lindalee and Ned Doyen of Bay City, MI; aunt Taya Linville (Mike) of Peytona, WV and their children, Grace and Mikel; uncle Adrian "AJ" Grant (Kaitlin) of Springdale, AR and their children Arryon and Isaiah; aunt Alexis Grant and her daughter Raelynn; along with many friends and family in Lincoln and Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his uncle Demetrius Grant and cousin Asher Topham.
