Bailee Baker, age 18, of Lillington, North Carolina; formerly of Linden, Texas and Alaska, passed from this life Thursday, January 18, 2024, in Lillington, North Carolina. She was a graduate of Western Harnett High School; was attending Gulf Coast Community College and was about to begin Cosmetology School. Bailee attended Liberty Baptist Church, Lillington; and loved spending time doing arts and crafts, photography and baking for her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Brandy Maxwell Baker.
She is survived by her father and step-mother, Michael and Amanda Baker of Lillington, North Carolina; brothers, Camron Hamill of Hugo, Oklahoma, Bryson Baker of Lillington, North Carolina; sisters, Kynlee Smith and Aubree Smith both of Texarkana, Texas; grandparents, Todd and Amy Maxwell of Bivins, Texas, Shirley Baker of Linden, Texas, Bill and Linda Baker of Plano, Texas, Connie Dean of Biloxi, Mississippi, Vicki Edge of Hugo, Oklahoma, Joe and Colleen Lucas of Texarkana, Texas; great-grandparents, Donna Clark of Texarkana, Arkansas, Alice and Mickey Wood of Texarkana, Texas; and a number of other relatives and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, January 27, 2024, in the Hanner Funeral Chapel with Pastor Wayne Shew officiating.
Visitation will be Friday, January 26, 2024, from 6 pm to 8 pm at Hanner Funeral Service.
Interment will be in Laws Chapel Cemetery.
If anyone would like to make a donation an account has been setup at Domino Federal Credit Union under the name Michael & Amanda Baker. These funds will go towards purchasing a Headstone.
