Bailee Jane Hillman was born on December 06, 1997, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to John Hillman and Lisa Bridges. Bailee was raised in Pryor, where she attended local schools and lettered in softball, basketball and track. Between her junior and senior year of high school, Bailee completed basic military training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, and began service in the Army National Guard. She returned just in time to start her senior year and graduated with the class of 2016.
Bailee was always ready to work. For the past 5 years, she had been employed by the United States Postal Service as a supervisor. Bailee loved her occupation and aspired to be a postal inspector. She had a passion for stopping mail fraud (especially that which targeted the elderly).
Bailee was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church. She was also involved in the 4-Way Roundup Club and enjoyed horses and barrel racing. Some of her favorite activities were going on road trips and visiting various casinos. She enjoyed fishing and helping her dad haul hay and working around the farm. Bailee was known for having a caring personality and a big heart. She was always kind to strangers and animals, and was great at filling the role of the big sister to M'Kayla. Above all, Bailee loved being with her family and friends.
Bailee Jane Hillman departed this life on July 30, 2025, in Ft. Smith, Arkansas, at the age of 27. She is survived by her father, John Hillman and his wife, Amber; mother, Lisa Bridges (Brett and Ethan); fiancé, Pamela Ross; sister, M'Kayla Hillman and her wife, Andria; and a nephew and nieces, maternal grandparents, Bobby and Linda Bridges. Bailee has many additional aunts, uncles, and cousins that fill the role of family.
Bailee was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, John T. Hillman and Ida Jane Hillman.
