Barbara was preceded in death by her son, Tim Adcox; parents, James Bernard and Blanche Jeanette Collins; and sister, Janice Lawson.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Kim and Jim Gray; grandchildren: Katelyn Adcox, Deann Johnson (Hayden), Bryan Charles (Megan), Erika Golden (Gabriel); great-grandchildren, Lyra and Harding Johnson, Phoenix, Bear and Gray Golden; brother, Jimmy Collins (Ann); numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 14th at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City. Memorial services will follow at 2 p.m. with Dr. Dick DeMerchant officiating. Click Funeral Home, 109 Walnut Street, Lenoir City is in charge of arrangements.
