Boyd Ray Raby- age 84 of Knoxville, passed away Friday, August 29, 2025 at his home. Boyd served in the Tennessee Air National Guard. He retired from the construction industry after a career as a very talented carpenter. Boyd loved his dogs and watching birds. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, mowing his yard, and being on the lake fishing and riding jet skis.

Preceded in death by his wife, Linda Jo Raby; parents, J. D. and Katherine Raby; brother, Claude W. Raby, Sr.; brothers-in-law, Billie Joe Langley and Delmar Owens; nephew, Claude Wayne Raby Jr.; niece, Julie Langley Kinsey; and special friend, Trish Sherman.

He is survived by his daughters: Angela Holmberg (Tom), Tammy Trammell (Johnny), Tracy Clevenger (Joe); grandchildren: Amanda Smallwood, Kelsey Bogosian, Connor Holmberg, Christian Clevenger; great grandchildren: Ava, Naomi, Sanza, Winona and Ellie; also survived by his sisters, Kathy Owens and Charlotte Langley, along with several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews; special friends, Macy and Angela Hagwood.

A celebration of Boyd's life will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday, September 1st at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City. Family and friends will gather at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, September 3rd in the Highland West Cemetery in West Knoxville for graveside services and interment. Click Funeral Home, 109 Walnut Street, Lenoir City is in charge of arrangements.
