Barbara S. Argilan, 92, of Ewing, passed away on Friday, September 12, 2025, in Hamilton.

Barbara was born in Trenton and was a graduate of Trenton Central High School Class of 1951. After high school she went to work at U.S. Steel where she met her husband, Alexander. Barbara later attended college and became a Nurse's Aide. In her free time Barbara enjoyed Broadway Musicals, knitting, was an avid swimmer and had a passion for the NY Yankees. Barbara was a long-time member of the Abiding Presence Lutheran Church in Ewing and a member of the Active Older Adults Club at the Hamilton YMCA.

Predeceased by her parents, Walter and Frances Swartz; her husband, Alexander Argilan; her sons, Robert Todd Argilan and Roger Craig Argilan; and her sister, Jean Cheslok. Barbara is survived by her son, Alan Argilan and his wife, Donna; her daughters, Lori Arglian and Tracy Banks and her husband, Gary; her grandchildren, Robert Arglian and his wife, Sue, Candace Pritchard and her husband, Colin, Dave Argilan, Shelby Argilan, Alexandra Banks, Rachel Banks and Veronica Banks; and her great-grandchildren, Christopher, Gavin, Charlie, and Alexander. Her loving nieces Kathy and Diane Cheslok.

A Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, September 19, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ, with preparation for the procession to begin at 12:00 p.m. A prayer service will be held at 1:00 p.m. at The Chapel in Ewing Cemetery, 78 Scotch Road, Ewing, NJ with interment to immediately follow at Ewing Cemetery.
