Ms. Barbara was a mentor, a friend, a confidant, a mother substitute; she was always smiling and laughing (i loved her deep laugh). Always easy to talk to and even when she got on you, you felt the love she felt for you. The world has lost one of its best, but truly an angel who deserved her wings. Love you Ms. Barbara & Love you Stephen

Barbara was the first person I met at DuPont when I left the Air Force in 1973. I had planned on taking a job at GE but she convinced me that DuPont was a better choice. She was a coworker and friend for several decades who gave me good advice when it was needed. Most importantly she was a mother who loved and did all she could to support her family. A life well lived.

My deepest sympathy to Marq on Barbara's death. I worked with Barbara for many years at DuPont and we carpooled together when I lived on Hale Ave. The last time I saw her was at Lowe's, buying paint. Always energetic, always sweet, always a lady. Praying for you. Harriet McElvaney
