Jason Crawley Obituary

Jason Wayne Crawley, a beloved son, brother, nephew, cousin and cherished friend, passed away on September 9, 2025, in his hometown of Louisville, Kentucky, at the age of 43. Born on February 15, 1982, where he left an indelible mark on all who knew him.

Jason was a proud graduate of Valley High School in 2000 and continued his education at JCCC, where he further honed his skills and passion for learning. A truly spiritual soul, Jason possessed a tender heart of gold, always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. His kindness and compassionate nature were evident in every aspect of his life, and he had a remarkable ability to uplift those around him.

In his free time, Jason found joy in the beauty of the world. He had a profound love for drawing and often captured the majestic day and night skies through photography, creating lasting memories that showcased his perspective of the world. His creative spirit was further expressed through his hobby of exploring nature, where he delighted in collecting arrowheads and stones, treasures that held stories of their own.

Jason's legacy will endure not only through his artistic expressions but also through the hearts of those he touched. He was a beacon of light, illuminating the lives of his family and friends with his warmth and generosity. As we gather to remember Jason, we celebrate a life well-lived, one filled with love, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to helping others.

He was preceded in death by his father, David Crawley and grandparents, Arnold Adcock and Virgie Casey.

Jason leaves behind to cherish his memories, his mother, Monica (Steve) Robinson; brother, Justin Crawley and a host of aunts, uncles, extended family and friends.

His visitation will be held on September 17, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Louisville, located at 10304 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40272. The funeral service will take place the following day, September 18, 2025, at 11:00 AM, also at Newcomer Funeral Home. Jason will be laid to rest during a graveside service at Bethany Cemetery, with the service commencing at 12:00 PM on the same day.

Though Jason is no longer physically with us, his spirit will live on in the memories he created and the love he shared. He will be deeply missed but forever remembered as a kind-hearted soul who brought joy to many.
