MAY 27, 1943 - APRIL 4, 2025
Our Heavenly Father sought fit to reward Sister Barbara Bryant with her wings on Thursday, April 4, 2025 surrounded by her devoted daughter and close friends in the wee hours in the morning.
Barbara Jean Judge Bryant was born May 27, 1943, the daughter of Cleveland Sr. and Mamie Judge of Stockton, AL.
Barbara was a graduate of Douglasville High School in Bay Minette, AL. she taught at Vaugh Head Start for thirty plus years.
Barbara united with Zion Fountain AME Zion Church at a very young age and just continued to serve and grow in Christ throughout her life journey. She was a committed member and served on several ministries until her health failed.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Cleveland Sr. and Mamie Alice Judge; a sister, Carrie J. Harvey; her loving daughter, Annie Louise Bryant; and brother, Cleveland "Bo" Judge, Jr..
Barbara leaves to cherish and celebrate her memories, two children: Norma Odom of Stockton, AL and Cletus (Marietta) Judge of Midlothain, TX; two grandchildren that she adores: Daon Lee and Christian Judge both of Dallas, TX; great-grandchild, her pride and joy, Cayden Josiah Judge; a loving sister-in-law, Barbara Judge of Bay Minette, AL; four Godchildren: Quison Hale, Timberly Cook, Michelle Williams and Shawn Jackson; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends (too many to list).
