Katherine Lynn Bryant born March 17, 1960 departed this life on Thursday – February 12, 2026 at the Hazard A.R.H. being 65-years old. Katherine was born at Darfork in Perry County the daughter of the late Edward Holland and the late Fannie Osborne Holland. Other than her parents, Katherine was also preceded in death by her brothers: Isaac Holland, Billy Ray Holland, Earnest Holland and Sammy Holland; sisters: Mary Davis, Margaret Holland, and Bonnie Lou Holland; mother-in-law, Imogene Bryant. Katherine was strong in her faith and service to her Lord & Savior, she was a member of the Petrey Memorial Baptist Church in Hazard. Katherine loved and helped everyone, she had a kind loving personality and never met a stranger. Katherine's greatest joy came from her family, especially all of her grandchildren, she embraced the time she spent with all of her family & friends.

Katherine Lynn Bryant leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Husband of 50-years: Ricky Bryant of Hazard; son, Ancil Bryant & Amanda of North Augusta, South Carolina; daughter, Jessica Pollock & Stephen of Independence, KY; brothers: Kenneth Holland & Anita of Hazard, Edward Holland, Jr. of Second Creek, and Virgil Holland & Billie of Cornettsville, KY; sisters: Barbara Bowling of Leslie County, Emmaline Gregory of Corbin, Faye Bryant of Hazard, Fannie Mae Baker & Wayne of Corbin, and Violet Bryant & Timmy of Hazard; grandchildren: Aiden, Jaylen, Bentley, Kendrick, Hayden, and Ben; also a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives & friends survive.

Funeral Services for Katherine Lynn Bryant will be conducted on Tuesday – February 17, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Sam Stacy officiating. The Visitation will be held at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Tuesday from 12:00 – 2:00 P.M.
