She was born on June 5, 1947 to Wilmer S. and Alwilda (Hollopeter) Dressler in Rockton, PA.
She married the love of her life, James E. Dodd on September 28, 1991. Barb worked at what is now Sensus Metering Systems for 51 years. She enjoyed bowling, softball, puzzles, and playing Yahtzee with her daughter and granddaughter. She was devoted to her family and enjoyed spending her time with them most of all.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and two sisters, Marjorie Dawn Dressler and Mary Lynn (Melvin) Kalgren.
She is survived by her brother, Ruskin S. Dressler, and her sister, Karel Sue Gardner; Her daughter, Christine D. (Samuel) Haag; her grandchildren, Stacy L. Barber, Jared M. (Patience) Puketza, Samantha J. (Ivan) Jones, and Katherine E. (Mark) Stankiewicz; and 6 great-grandchildren. She is deeply missed.
