Barbara Franks Obituary
Barbara Jean Bonee Franks was born in Savannah, Tennessee on September 10, 1952, the daughter of the late Arby T. and Cordie Turner Bonee.
On June 26, 1971 she was united in marriage to Tommy Joe Franks, who preceded his wife in death on November 3, 2021.
Barbara was a homemaker. She departed this life on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 71 years and 23 days.
Barbara is survived by her children, Sharon Doran (Jason) and Tommy Franks (Brenda Ismail), all of Savannah, Tennessee; grandchildren, Tommy J. Franks (Melanie), Clay Franks (Mallory Haggard), Kendall Doran, Kaylie Doran, Makayla Franks, Nashayla Emmons, and Cameron Franks; great grandson, Ethan Franks; sister, Mary Ann Melson Sanford; and brother, David Bonee.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by 2 great grandchildren, Garrett Franks and Bentley Franks; and one brother, Jerry Bonee.
