Barbara Sue Knapp

Barbara Sue Knapp, 74, of Daytona Beach, Florida passed away on January 15, 2024 after a long illness. She was born in Mansfield, Ohio to Fred and Jean Conroy and spent her childhood in Miami, Florida. She married Robert (Bob) Knapp on August 25, 1971 and they spent most of their life together traveling the country with their 3 daughters, Kristi (Billy Morin,) of Tallahassee, Florida, Karina (Jimmy Quinn) of Alachua, Florida and Vicki Knapp of Stuart, Florida, until Bob passed away in 2005. The great loves of her life were her grandchildren: Winter, Jasmyne, Coral, Laila and Ty Quinn; Scarlett and Finn Waronicki; and Jacob and Kaleb Morin. In recent years, she was very blessed to have her brother Bill and his wife Diana devote time to helping care for her, including bringing her an extra sweet cappuccino whenever she requested. Besides her grandchildren, she loved God, animals, her phone, her brush, pictures of her family, watching karaoke, eating spaghetti (with NO meat sauce,) Ricky Van Shelton, Jan & Dean, Bret Michaels, horror movies and cheesy reality T.V. She was preceded in death by her loving husband and both her parents. She is survived by her 3 children and 9 grandchildren, her 2 brothers, Bill and Wayne Conroy, and her sister, Jenni Holloway. Her children want everyone to know how loved she was and how grateful they are that she is finally free from pain and able to reunite with their dad in Heaven.
